Lanf's terms of service
PAYMENT:
• the client must pay the full price after i am done with the intial sketch
• no cancelations or refunds
• the payment process will taks via LavaTop or Hipolink; For customers in Russia, payment is accepted through T-Bank
• prices are subject to change based on demand
• the finished product is for personal use only
PROCESS:
• the client may provide as many references as they can
• the artwork will be made in my own artstyle
• I will send updates throughout the process; the client can request changes (in early stages only)
• the commission may take between a couple of days or a few weeks. My deadline is 3-4 weeks, but I usually finish the works faster
FINAL PRODUCT:
• high-resolution PNG/JPEG
• will send via Gdrive for clearer outputs

GENERAL RULES/PERMISSIONS:
• If you don't respond after 48hrs once the sketch is sent I will put you in my blacklist :(
• I hold the copyright over the commissioned artwork
• I have the right to reject a commission for any reason
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork with a watermark online
• you retain the rights to the intellectual property
• you can upload the commissioned artwork on websites or social media
• you cannot alter the commissioned artwork without my consent
• communicate in a friendly maner and don't be rude
• kindly put credits if the artwork will be posted online
